Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice, beginning with a gentle introduction and a few simple guidelines.
We dance without alcohol, without drugs, and without words — mindful, present, and connected.
It’s a gift to yourself: a break from everyday life, held in a safe and welcoming space where you can be fully with yourself while also connecting with others.
